We’re currently in the midst of zombie oversaturation, spearheaded by The Walking Dead. While zombies have grown tired, there is always an audience for the greatest zombie movie ever made, and possibly the greatest horror film ever made – Dawn of the Dead. George A Romero’s masterpiece endures because it’s frightening, fun, and carries with it as harsh a critique on American consumerism that cinema has ever seen.
